CARLOS IDIBOUO Vice-president
Carlos Idibouo is from Ivory Coast. In July 2003 he created the first gay and lesbian organization in Ivory Coast. His volunteer involvement with street youths earned him the 2005 UNICEF “Ados d’aujourd’hui, Adultes de demain” prize. |

Nadia Rousseau has a bachelor degree in literature from Ottawa University, a bachelor of science from Université de Montréal and a DESS in Project Management. She has diversified experiences in the communications sector. She has worked at both Radio-Canada and Télé-Québec. She was also a press attaché in in publishing. |

ALEXIS MUSANGANYA Member
Alexis Musanganya is from Rwanda and has been a Montrealer since 1999. He is president and founding member of African Rainbow, an organisation that addresses itself to the LGBT Afro-Caribbean community of Quebec. Currently he sits on the board of the REZO organization. |

GISÈLE NDONG BIYOGO Member
Gisèle Ndong Biyogo was born in Gabon, Central Africa. While still running NBG Communication, she became an author, a conference speaker and continues to animate literary creation workshops. |

FRANTZ VANCOL Member
Originally from Port-au-Prince, Frantz Vancol arrived in Canada in 1970 as a landed immigrant. In 1995, he was awarded the Jackie Robinson prize as Business Man of the Year and, in 1996, received the Mosquée Muhammad de Montréal Prize in recognition for his extraordinary work in the business community. |

ALIX LAURENT Member
Alix Laurent founded, in 2005, the “Festival de films sur les droits de la personne” (FFDPM) which is a film festival for movies on human rights. In 2000, he created “Semaine d’actions contre le racisme” (SACR). He is a member of many boards for many organisations, including Culture Montréal and Télé-Québec. |
