Carlos Idibouo
Vice-president
Carlos Idibouo is originally from Ivory Coast. He now lives in Montreal where he is a Master’s candidate in Social and Community Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is also vice-president
in charge of the Immigration and Settlement program and Coordinator of the HIV/AIDS program for Arc-En-Ciel d’Afrique, an organization that offers services to Montreal’s Black African and Caribbean LGBTQ community.
Juniors Damy

Juniors Damy was born in Madagascar. He holds a Licentiate in Laws from the Université Montesquieu de Bordeaux and a master’s degree in applied political science from the Université de Sherbrooke. He hopes to get more and more involved with the community, in particular among immigrants in Montreal, his adopted home.

Nadia Rousseau

Nadia Rousseau has an undergraduate degree in literature from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Science from Université de Montréal, and a D.E.S.S. in Project Management. She has diverse professional
experience in the field of communications and has worked at both Radio-Canada and Télé-Québec. She has also been a press agent in the publishing sector.

Ludovic N’doly

Ludovic N’doly is a journalist of Ivorian origin and a graduate of London, England’s London School of Journalism. In 1998, upon arriving in Montreal, he volunteered at Radio Centre-Ville. In February of 2005, he launched a newspaper called Éburnéa aimed at the Afro-Caribbean community. He is the current Publication Editor at Allo Diaspora newspaper.
Keeton Clark

Keeton Clarke, is the president of C.O.R.E. (Community Outreach Resource Equity) Group Canada, a social enterprise / non governmental organization that networking with community groups on matters of capacity building and empowerment. He has over 30 years of experience in Community Development, with special interest in socio-economic integration practices and politically diverse cultural representation.
Frantz Vancol
Board Member
Originally from Port-au-Prince, Frantz Vancol arrived in Canada in 1970 as a landed immigrant. In 1995, he was awarded the Jackie Robinson Award as Business Man of the Year. He also received an award from the Mosquée Muhammad de Montréal for his extraordinary work in the business community in 1996.
